LEO Civilian-to-On-Duty System Department Station Assignments & Duty Procedures System Description The proposed Civilian-to-On-Duty System is designed to improve realism, department organization, and roleplay immersion across all law enforcement agencies. Under this system, all law enforcement personnel will enter the server as regular civilians. Before beginning their shift, officers must physically travel to their assigned department station using their personal vehicle or civilian transportation. Once they arrive, they must enter the station, clock in using `/duty`, change into their approved uniform, collect their equipment, and retrieve their assigned patrol vehicle. Each department will have designated stations where personnel are authorized to begin and end their shifts. Department Station Assignments 1. Los Santos County Sheriff's Office (LSCSO) Authorized Stations: - Sandy Shores Sheriff's Station — Primary station for Blaine County operations. - Paleto Bay Sheriff's Station — Northern county operations. - Davis Sheriff's Station — Southern Los Santos operations, if designated by department command. LSCSO deputies must report to one of their authorized sheriff's stations before going on duty. Deputies assigned to specialized subdivisions, including K9, SWAT, CID, and TEU, must follow the same duty procedures unless otherwise authorized by command. 2. Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) **Authorized Stations:** - Mission Row Police Station — Primary LSPD headquarters/ Sandy Shores lscso station. - Vespucci Police Station — Western Los Santos operations. - La Mesa Police Station — Eastern Los Santos operations. LSPD officers must report to an authorized police station before beginning patrol. Officers will not be permitted to spawn directly into active patrol status or access department vehicles before clocking in. 3. San Andreas State Troopers (SAST) Authorized Stations: - State Trooper Headquarters — Primary duty location, as designated by SAST command. - Senora Freeway / Sandy Shores Highway Patrol Facility — Blaine County highway operations, if available. - Additional State Patrol Posts — Only when officially approved by command. SAST personnel must travel to an authorized State Trooper facility before activating their duty status. Troopers will then collect their equipment, prepare their patrol vehicle, and begin highway or statewide enforcement operations. Station Assignment Summary | Department | Primary Station | |---|---| | LSCSO | Sandy Shores Sheriff's Station | | LSPD | Mission Row Police Station | | SAST | Designated State Trooper Headquarters | Secondary stations are proposed options and must be confirmed against the server's available station interiors and department assignments. End-of-Shift Requirements At the conclusion of their shift, all law enforcement personnel must return to an authorized department station. Personnel must secure their department vehicle, return assigned equipment as required, change out of their duty uniform, and clock out using `/duty`. After clocking out, personnel will return to civilian status and may continue participating in civilian roleplay. Overall Goal This system will create a more immersive environment by requiring officers to physically report to work instead of immediately spawning on duty. It will also encourage more civilian activity, improve station usage, increase accountability, and establish consistent procedures across LSCSO, LSPD, and SAST. Every officer starts as a civilian. Every shift begins at the station. Every shift ends at the station.
