The new support system is slow

When sending messages in the support helpdesk it is taking longer then usual for messages to send, I’m experiencing this on mobile so it is atleast an issue on mobile devices I’m not sure if this is happening on pc

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go To Staff Side of Helpdesk 2. Pick a ticket to send test message in 3, Send Test Message
