LEO Weapons Pack

I was given the LEO weapons pack but I can't seem to get them to spawn once I go on duty. The menu works for a few seconds and then stops working completely I can't even spawn a fleet state police vehicle.

Steps to Reproduce

I checked my key Binding. It worked momentarily till he went on duty. And then it was going again as I was trying to save the patrol fleet vehicles.
